Hi!
Is there a Devanagari Transliterated keyboard Xmodmap file? I have downloaded the Devnagari-Inscript Xmodmap file from NCST:

but it is very difficult to type using inscript.

I use the Devrom keyboard from Indlinux ... very convenient phonetic key mappings.
