Oh, I forgot to mention this! They also give you a free email account (4 MB). The interface of this is pretty simple, clean and soothing. It took two weeks for TRIBAND to be activated for me , after registration. I have been using since October 2005, and its really good. Installation charges are 500 - one time installment (for router) 300 - DSL testing and installation (in the first month's bill). One the LINE is ready for TRIBAND, they call up and inform that they are testing for ADSL line, and then send a person who would get along the ADSL router and configure the internet!

Thanks a lot for your feedback. Its quite valuable. I too am in the western suburbs so I may face problems. My local exchange isnt at all helpful. I've experienced this first hand.
I dont care whether they support GNU/Linux or not. I've been able to put up with powersurfer and so DSL wont be a problem at all.
