I am trying to put together a list of monitors being used under linux along with their refresh rates for quick reference. It would be great if you could mail me the following information regarding your monitors.
Manufacturer Model Horizontal Refresh Rate Vertical Refresh Rate Max. Supported Resolution
Where do i get the horizontal and vertical refresh rates from ?

I guess your monitor was autodetected when you installed Linux. You can get these values from:
1. From the monitor manual 2. Else, /etc/X11/XF86Config file should have these values
