CSVParser is required to build the project, which was not included in the project. Now archive has been updated to include CSVParser in the project. Also a separate project for CSVParser has been created. It can also be downloaded separately from

CsvToFootprint converts CSV file to Kicad footprints. It is similar to CsvToKicadSch.

Please download it from http://sourceforge.net/projects/csvtofootprint/

Distribution also includes lot of example footprints and a demo PCB created using this utility.
