Is there any such thing as a resourceperson list in the Ilug bom? Who to contact for (configuring my linux network to X) (teaching granny y desktop) (migrating my office from swine flu to linux). A kind of e-yellow pages, but specific to Ilug Bom. If there isn't, would admins and domain experts consider getting it started?

Take the initiative. We have a wiki at http://db.glug-bom.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page where you could start the page and ask people to populate it.
