Tagtag.com has an excellent online Wap Emulator, but Tagtag servers are extremely slow due to high traffic other way to access it is through www.wap41.com. Currently I'm not aware of any offline Wap emulator for Linux but Openwave provides SDK with Wap emulator for M$ and I guess its free. Incase you dont find WAP emulator for Linux you can try out OpenWave through WINE guess that will do the job.
