Does any one some mailing software which can import outlook mails from my windows partition

Don't know about mailing software, but you don't have to boot to windows just to read mails in Outlook [works for Express, should work also for MS Outlook] All Outlook mails are stored in *.mbx and *.idx files, which are [most likely] in C:\Windows\Application Data\Microsoft and the appropriate Outlook folder there in on. Opening those files in any text editor should suffice..

Just a note:- In fact, even mails you supposedly 'delete' from Outlook are still stored in the *.idx files. hmm..
