We are announcing a Two Day Workshop on "Working with Open Source Technologies" on 9/10 Feb, 2009.

You may take the opportunity to learn more about open source technologies and about BOSS GNU/Linux operating system. BOSS is a GNU/Linux distribution,based on Debian by C-DAC for enhancing the use of Free/Open Source Software in the country. Made specifically for the Indian Environment, it consists of a pleasing Desktop environment coupled with Indian language support and other packages that are most relevant for use in the government domain. Also we will cover PHP programming (With lab session),Linux internals,Linux Administration etc.topics.
