Hi,
Sorry if this is OT, but I am looking to do some audio manipulation on raw uLaw data in C on Linux.
I am not looking to convert formats. I have used LAME for that in the past.
What I am looking for is a simple library (as far as API calls go) to take audio data and apply effects on it.
For example if I have an audio sample of a mans voice, I want to change the pitch / speed of output to make that sample sound like a childs voice :-)
Can anyone recomend any Libraries for this kind of stuff that is Simple to use ? I know there are a ton of them "out there", but if anyone has any recomendations, it would be a good starting point.
Thanks Shahed
