Redhat has its own training materials that are specifically ment for RHCE course.. that book u can buy from RedHat India, Nariman Pt.. it cost around 1000 + bucks.. or else refer to Rehat Linux 9 Bible... it should help u..
To Download u need to have the course content of RHCE and download the topics accordingly ....

Somebody from LUG mailed regarding the RHCE material. I also want the same. So many users have informed that the material can be uploaded to somewhere from where everybody can download. But then no response.
