Folks! Does anyone know of a HTML browser for the console with inline image support that is stabler than links with svgalib? I cannot use framebuffer. NeoMagic chipset does not support it I think.
If we have this than the last piece is here. We wont need to use X unless specifically required.

Never tried it, but I've heard that W3M does it. Search freshmeat anyway.

Get the w3m sources and compile it...support images inline. Or there is a branch available called w3m-img...
rpms and debs are already available, or you may want to just get the sources and build them yourself.
