I am using ubuntu 6.1 edgy distribution in my Dell Inspiron 640m laptop. I want to take unlimited broad band connection through mobile phone in my laptop. I am having Blue tooth in my laptop. I don't have any idea of which model I will have to buy. I also don't have the idea of which connection I will have to take for it.
Can any one give me any suggestion for it? It will be very helpfull if I get the whole details of it.

Through a mobile phone you could get connected with GPRS which would probally give you a speed of ~4 - 6 KB/ps and with EDGE (EGPRS) ~ 10 - 12 KB/ps . Thats as fast as it can get here in Mumbai , unless you have a 3g network provide . As to my knowledge Airtel GPRS /EDGE(where available) is the economic choice !
