I remember changing the character names in digdug using PCTOOLS. and one of my unrealized dreams is to cross 50,000 in DD.. i remember getting to 49500+ or something. After that I ended up upgrading to a 286 which made the game too fast. Also, Test Drive worked great on the machine. the ferrari though slightly slower than the mclaren had better handling.
there used to be a command called Parkdisk to be used while transporting the hard disks. is there something similar nowadays that will prevent damage to HDDs while transporting??

You can use hdparm in linux, but I think it happens automatically when you shutdown.

BTW, I have a 80386 board lying somewhere with a AMD CPU and IIT Co-prcessor 4MB Ram. Lemme know if anyone is interested :)
