Candidate should be : -Technically Qualified: DIPLOMA, BSC, BE having at least 2-4 years of experience with certification like CCNA,CCNP.
* -Experience with LAN technologies, including multiple network operating systems (NT, LAN Server)Windows 200 server,windows Nt,mailserver(Linux base), and protocols (TCP/IP, IPX/SPX,.) * Strong knowledge and experience with PC hardware and software technology as well as UNIX system administration, file interchange, shared network resources, internet access, and electronic mail. * - To administer and oversee network design, implementation, organization, and troubleshooting. To manage network hubs, routers, and servers; to monitor underlying communications protocols and supporting network hardware.Check backups.S/W installation,creation of users,setting up user rights and permissionsregular checkups of antivirus and windows updates. -Having good communication skills-written/verbal is a must.
