Any tips for an ex-Xavierite running humble old RedHat 7.2? I can't seem to get any decent messengers running because of outdated libs, including ayttm.

u can try something called GNUyahoo for yahoo but that's commandline stuff .. if u like working on a console..

I'm running ayttm on RH7.1 and RH7.3. Get the source rpm or tarball and build from there if the rpm doesn't install for you. The rpm's deps are only because we built it on a newer system. The only thing you will have to upgrade is libtool-libs. Get 1.4 at least.
