Hi, anybody have Red Hat Linux Powertools CD (it contains the text to speech software "Festival"). i tried to locate on the internet but it's a huge download & i'm stuck with this dial-up :( Basically i'm looking for a good text-to-speech software under linux. after reading reviews & posting on usenet i decided to use "festival" rather than the one made by IBM (can't remember it's name). Are there any other options available,it doesn't matter the software is console based or has GUI. thank you.
