Tomorrow (May 08, 2008) at 10:30am CEST the Oberlandesgericht Muenchen (Higher District Court of Munich) will have an oral hearing in the appeals case of "Welte vs. Skype Technologies SA".
This case is about Skype's use of the Linux operating system kernel in a Wifi VOIP phone without adhering to the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL).
The hearing is to be held in room E.06 of the OLG Muenchen, Prielmayerstr. 5, Munich, Germany.

There is an office suite called ThinkFree http://www.thinkfree.com It came with this month's chip magazine. It looks just like Office2003 but has pdf export as well as the quick launch utility in the system tray just like OpenOffice. However this software is not libre.
