Infact it can be used for any purpose without restrictions except changing the GPL. The author acknowledges this in the last para. Actualy I am looking for a middleware, which will pipe all HTTP contents via the AV engine and back to squid. Just like what MailScanner does. !! Any suggestions... Problems in Fedora core 3 ..........SOS

Dear all, I had installed FC 3 and found that when system boots and starts rhgb it hangs !! I then replaced the rhgb rpm by the older one in FC 1 and it worked well... I have i810 board with celeron 633 Processor Also I think some issue is present in Xorg ( Xserver) When I have Xserver running and if I switch to my console using alt+ctrl+f1 or any such console .. X get killed.... This I have experienced in Redhat 7.0 on i810 boards but after Redhat 8.0 the Xserver was rock solid, no issues at all........ Can anybody throw light on these two issues.... Ur mail to list and a cc to me ( ssmahadik(a)yahoo.com) is appreciated........... tell me any way to avoid this or atleast some idea why this occuring........ *Minutes of November GLUG-Meet @ Netcore* The GNU/Linux Users Group of Mumbai held its November GLUG meet at Netcore Solutions premises at lower parel on 21st Novmber 2004. This meet was attended by about 20 people coming from all over the city (mostly western) Following discussions and talks were conducted. -> Community Building Software - by Veer Bothra Veer talked about the relevence and importance of community building software in todays context. From the era when internet became accessible to the common person, to today's world there has been a lot of change in how people have tried to made communities on the net. From Yahoo! Geocities in those days to Blogs and Ryze of today, the central aim has been same. "To empower the common man with the power to express freely" (and create content for the respective sites unknowingly!). Veer talked about the in and out of community building software and their importance. [Tea break] -> Semantic Web - by Nagarjuna Nagarjuna talked about his vision of the semantic web computing model. Hello, How can I virus scan the HTTP contents. Is there any middleware like MAILSCANNER, which can intercept the HTTP contents, pipe it via the AV and then fwd to the client ?? I am using a Squid Proxy Server. Thank you all in advance. Vai
