Hi,
We're an engineering/manufacturing company with a small (~25 pc)
network - linux on the server side, linux/xp/nt on the workstations.
We're in the process of migrating to linux. We're looking for someone
who can sys/net admin the setup.
Since the setup is small, full time (9 to 5) commitment may not be
required. Those interested can mail me (off list) at

You will need the nvidia drivers, which is closed. So be ready to
face problems a few months down the line. Get em from the nvidia site.
I865 is supported in the 2.4.24 and abv kernels.
I have used several i865 boards. Uptime of several months.

No need to reformat at all. Just plug it on the same ide port as your
old system.
After that you will have to edit /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 for using the
right X11 driver.
Then run modconf and select/remove the apropriate modules.
Reboot.
Which mobo (chipset, make, model no.)?

Dear Kenneth Gonsalves
Any kind of input interface can be accepted. But USB will be prefered as it
is moving towards a common interface now days and also providing extra
benefit.
