What was the damage to your bank balance?
Debian, Fedora, SuSE, Mandrake, CentOS (RHEL clone) are a few that have
AMD64 editions.
I would suggest that you try the AMD64 edition of whichever 32 bit
distro you are using now. I have been using SuSE 9.2/AMD64 for the past
year and I am quite happy with it.
