We are developing a pyTGK based application, in which we need the graphical output of other applications (blender, and gnuplot) to be shown in the parent window of our application. Presently we able to create new windows for them, but we wish them to be integrated with in our application window. How to do this? any clues? is there another application that does simialar thing? Need Debian Pkg of Mozilla with Indic support

Hi, I have some questions. 1. Mozilla 1.6 with Indic support is available. It works fine with Redhat FC1/FC3. But When I used it with my Ubuntu and Live CD (Gnoppix). It renders bad for Gujarati Fonts And I didn't find Deb package for Mozilla 1.6 2. How can I compile Mozilla (suppose, 1.7.x) with Indic support enable. sshd dead but subsys locked

Hi all, I have a RHEL Server and am having a problem with sshd.I can't seem to correctly start it from my command line and i get an odd error when i view the status of the ssh deamon.. here's what is displayed: $service sshd restart Stopping sshd: [FAILED] Starting sshd: [ OK ] $service sshd status sshd dead but subsys locked $ What is this sshd dead but subsys locked error? I am unable to connect to the server through ssh. Previously the server was in 172.30.x.x. zone and ssh was working fine. After shifting it to 172.29.x.x zone ssh is not working. Vulnerability in RHEL 4 kernel: FYI

I recently came across a vulnerability in the recently released RHEL v4 (http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/12599/discussion/). Would like to advice guys who have bought or planning to buy the RHEL v4 to see into the Redhat advisory RHSA-2005:092-14 to address the issue. Red Hat Enterprise Linux kernel is reported prone to multiple vulnerabilities. These issues may allow local attackers to carry out denial of service attacks and gain elevated privileges. The following specific issues were identified: The Red Hat Enterprise Linux kernel is reported prone to two local denial of service vulnerabilities. Another issue affecting the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 kernel 4GB/4GB split patch can allow local attackers to read and write to arbitrary kernel memory. Do I need to manually turn on DHCP or something ? I noticed that after the Wizard ran, the m/c on startup shows a new error on the console stating unable to bind IP or something. + what is to be done if my modem is not even detected by Linux. The last time I checked, the thing was supported until RHL 7.1 Why was this model singled out like this ? The modem works peacefully under Win98 and XP My current Setup is M/c 1 : winXP with a lan card M/c 2 : Win98 with a lan card and a dial up modem. Moot point. Doubt anyone running windose will ever have the time from patch-format-reinstall to actually do a case study in anything. Why cant they hire coders in lieu of case study guys to actually fix the sh**. Ahh i forget if they do fixit who will buy longhorn or whatever is the next version extruded from that pandora's company.

Dear ALL & ALmighty List Admin, The Invitation mail was not intended for the list.. It was just meant for my friends groups... But the mailing list id was picked up by HI 5 thing from my address book of Yahoo account... I think it had sent a mail to everybody on the address book.... EXTREMELY SORRY FOR THE WHOLE ISSUE !!!
