error opening idle

deleting oversized messages without fetching them

When using fetchmail, how do I delete oversized messages from the server without actually fetching them? The man page of fetchmail doesn't help. I want fetchmail to issue "dele #n" command to the server for each oversized message. If fetchmail is unable to do it, is there any other way? -- Abhir Joshi http://education.vsnl.com/abhir/

simputers the "low cost" computing platform

Visited the picopeta site after a long time. They actually had something to sell. You still hear the "lowcost" spiel from them off and on. Here is the price. Platinum: 10 Simputers, 20 SmartCards, 10 licenses for proprietary software (pricing: Rs. 190,000 in India, US $4,599 overseas) Gold: 5 Simputers, 10 SmartCards, 5 licenses for proprietary software (pricing: Rs. 98,500 in India, US $2,499 overseas) Silver: 2 Simputers, 5 SmartCards, 2 licenses for proprietary software (pricing: Rs. 49,000 in India, US $1,299 overseas) No mention of prices without the proprietory software. DOSEMU : Execution problem on console mode

I need some help on DOSEMU. I have installed the latest version (released Dec'2002) under RH 8.0 (kernel 2.4.18) and the same is working fine under X. But while switching to non graphics screen and executing the command at the prompt it crashes with the following error : In file included from builtin : 496 Error in : (line 496) parse error 1 error detected while parsing the configuration file. If anyone has a clue regarding the problem help would be appreciated. - Mohan Krishnan
