You can buy a Win 10 licenced from any vendor and it comes with a pen drive
and serial number. During or after installation it will activate online.
When creating the user choose the option to not use a Microsoft account. It
is misleading and tries to make you feel you don't have an option but the
next step will have it. Don't connect the LAN wire till the steps are
complete.
