there are just flame wars - and inconsequential ones. I personally feel that *any* moderation is unjustified and against freedom. She was standing up to what she perceived as sexist bullying - and when one stands up to bullies one cannot be all that restrained and polite.

Nothing to do with women's rights, and no need to bring that particular issue into this discussion.
