Then i configured it with command ./configure --with-nspr-includes=/nss-3.8/mozilla/nsprpub/pr/include/ --with-nspr-libs=/usr/lib/ --with-nss-includes=/nss-3.8/mozilla/security/nss/lib/nss/ --with-nss-libs=/usr/lib/ [snip]
try not giving the end slash e.g --with-nss-libs=/usr/lib
another thing. try using the gnutls library instead of nss, which should be available as a direct rpm or srpm atleast from www.gnutls.org
