Sometime on Sep 10, Raju Bathija assembled some asciibets to say:
In RH 7.0, when I use reaplayer 8.0, the following error message comes:
"cannot open the audio device. Another application may be using it"
You probably have the Enlightenment Sound Daemon running (esd). Check your process list. You've got to tell RealPlayer to play sound through ESD instead of directly. Alternately, don't use ESD. I forget how to set this, but it is in your Gnome Control Panel somewhere.
