huh... How can someone who is not versed with the internals of the project mentor a budding developer? Have you ever heard of a cricket coach who has not played cricket ? or a road car driver coaching a Formula one car driver ?
How a non devel will be able to ensure that the code quality and deliverables are upto project's standards?
