if you have heard him several times you can possibly tell others whether it is worth listening to him or not. There are several people on the list who have not heard him, some of them may want to see the person and listen from the horses mouth even if they have seen the video. Lot of people in IIT want to listen to him.
I strongly recommend those of you who have not heard him before to go there and listen to him.
