hardware product which can be upgraded? When I upgraded
from DSL to ADSL, they didnt take back my old modem - sob, boohoo.
I think what he meant that he wanted to upgrade to the newer service.
Since he already had an account with them he assumed that he'll simply
be able to purchase the newer hardware and pay the rental for the newer
service.
