Both EvDO and 3g will provide good latencies initially, but as usual
will become flaky as more users take up bw.
But will that be available in Cities like Delhi,
Mumbai where BSNL
is not directly operating?
A little later than tier 2 cities. MTNL has been starting new services
after BSNL.
