I beg you. Dont get me started on Sify and ISPs in general. Anyway, AFAIK Sify charges more than 5000 bucks for static ips... May be my info is inaccurate. Anyway, they are stingy money pinching n00bs who dont even want to buy a small part of the IP address space so they can give everyone a public IP...
