I am happily using TB 256 for quite some time now. My usage is very low @ home. Normally I do get speed in the range of 26-28 KBps.
When MTNL announced the upgrade I was checking the speed to see if the line got upgraded or not.
No such people generally dont speak. They go on a blind rampage of death and destruction... Afterall MTNL has driven them to it. Hehehe ;)

Touch wood... So far I have been spared by MTNL of any problems including billing. ;-)
