Self learning is the best way to learn. Gives more thorough knowledge than anybody else :P
Unavailability of experts in one or the other area is a problem being faced by many organisations like NCST. And that is inevitable when the experts leave the organisation for more lucrative jobs! :)
That is why organizations like NCST and CDAC must try and _create_ more experts :)
