This just a cliche. ;-) In fact I have recommended MTNL TB to number of people and none has complained so far for bad advice. ;-)

The initial installation was slightly painful (due to sarkari babus) and i had to make a few phone calls before they finally came over, but so far it is working as advertised.

In my case... MTNL guy actually chased me to get my setup up and running!

Anyways YMMV / YMDV (does)
