I checked above URL but there is no RPM.. there are SRPMs but not RPMs.. so not useful..

Conclusion: Though I use Spacewalk server I need to pay for B & C servers... I can not redestribute those binaries...
Can we use CentOS repo for that?

Yes, you may but why not Not just change B and C to CentOS. It is essentially RHEL.
