Very interesting thought that can't be argued against.
"Do you think that if we'd have found what we legally considered a clever way around the Microsoft EULA so we didn't have to pay for Microsoft licenses and had decided to ship, oh let's say, "Exchange Server" under this "legal hack" that Microsoft would be silent about it - or we should act aggr[i]eved when they change the EULA to stop us doing this?" -JA There an interesting discussion going on at groklaw with the full letter he wrote to Novell http://www.groklaw.net/article.php?story=20061221081000710
And he is joining google.

Many of the coupons that are part of the deal were taken by Deutsche Bank. They are the same characters who were involved in a pipe deal funding SCO (supported by others like Rob Enderle). And Hovespian the Novell CEO was part of the Sun team that negotiated the Sun M$ deal that let M$ off the hook in the EU case (actually not quite ). Reeks of Conspiracy. And Novell digs it's foot deeper in the mouth every time they try to justify the idiocity. The logic seems to be why labour for years to make a billion with a good product when u can make a quarter of that in a year without any, get fat bonuses and vamoose.
