hello, I am finding the openofice web site very confusing. can some one give me the exact url to download the latest stable version of openoffice rpm binary? I went to www.openoffice.org and clicked the download link but did not find any thing except the snapshot builds. I want the stable version which I am not finding some how. if any one has already downloaded the rpm, please contact me off the list. regards, Krishnakant.

You didn't find this, I guess: http://download.openoffice.org/common/instructions.html#other_linux
You could use your distro package manager to install too, if they have updated their release to the latest openoffice.
