Yep, I remember CDAC releasing iLeap(sp?) ( multi lingual word processor ). Shreelipi is another example. I think iLeap was for windows while Shreelipi was for Linux(or was it dos?). User creation in Red Hat Enterprise WS3

Hi All! I have recently installed Redhat Linux Enterprise Edition with one of our customer. The problem i am facing is in user creation. Earlier they were using RHL 8.0. The user name are with (.) eg. (name.surname(a)domain.com). How do we create the same in RHL Enterprise Edition?, the error reported is "invalid username" We have done a full complete installation. FEDORA CORE 3 NETWORK WITH XP

hi i have a laptop with xp prof ,connected via ethernet to a pc having windows xp and fedora core 3 as dual operating system. xp to xp is networked perfectly.i am also using remote desktop within two.can it be done with fedora core 3 ? Buddy professional service cost lot of money. Also Red Hat don't support RH 9 anymore. But now that I have checked their new documentation books of Training they have updated their entire contents for intro to LINUX,they have mentioned FSF ,GNU etc every thing look more OK So I guess their is no issue to be raised .... Considering this post you have made is putting up a question that whether LINUX was really developed by LINUS TORVARLDS. Most of in this world, praise Linus for LINUX. Then, how is that, you say that Linux is not developed by LINUS TORVALDS. As far I know, LINUS has not developed LINUX "ALONE". But he's the main man behind KERNEL of every linux Operating System. Secondly, there are few group of people who are called as "hackers" who helped linus in developing LINUX. I dont intent to deny your facts but just want to clarify.
