FOSS in Indian Schools - A Serious Concern & a Request to Unite.

Dear FOSS Enthusiasts and Activists. I am writing this letter to all for a request to create a task force to advocate FOSS in schools. If we fail to advocate Linux in schools then we will be failed everywhere. Most of the computer users like me are using computer from Last 5-6 year or less. They learned everything in college only. Also at our time computer was a costly device. We have not faced much difficult in migrating from Windows to Linux. Now we love Linux based distro and advocate for open curriculum, content , no-patents, no-DRM etc. But today scenario has changed. Computer are available in every * Mohalla* and Village. many of them are not having Internet connectivity. they are just using some pirated software. This is not a small population. This is a very huge population. This huge population of school students is also including student who do not have money to buy computer but they are learning using cybercafe and coaching classes. If you do not tell them to use FOSS and Linux based Distro, they will continue using pirated window software for next 10-15 year of their life until they got lucky to enter into a college where Local LUG is active and he got change to explore GSoC and other activities OR course curriculum include FOSS. *After 7 year, if you wish to give a lecture for advocating FOSS/Linux in a college then Do you think you can convince them to use FOSS/Linux and stop using the proprietary products which he is using from last 10 years? * During a workshop of Kids at NCERT, a 5th class kids refused to work on Kturtle because he was using LOGO software from last 1 year. Those who do not know LOGO created very beautiful diagrams with Kturtle. You can only reach engineering students at College level Linux/FOSS promotion and activities. But these student who are going to use proprietary product for they whole school life will go in various domain like art, music, law etc. you can never convince them after their mind-wash. I learned to do advocacy from two side attack. System is like pyramid. Bottom side contains huge student. and tip is controlled by those who run Education system. at top level we need to look for syllabus change and other activities. At bottom side we need to advocate FOSS and Linux principle in schools. Imagine the power of community and collaboration value inside this huge community. This student community need out love, care and guidance. We can together create a task force and think for various strategies to introduce FOSS in schools. Tomcat log issue

Hi, We are running Tomcat on two different servers. One is Tomcat5 comes under RHEL5.2 DVD, Other is Tomcat5.5.28 from Tomcat website. Both are running on RHEL5.2 Downloaded Tomcat shows " catalina.out, admin.log, catalina.log, host-manager.log, localhost.log, manager.log " in log directory. while Tomcat5 installed from DVD shows only "catalina.out" log. we need all above logs in this server too. As we move to an interconnected world, the balance of power is shifting from old, proprietary models of knowledge creation to the open source model that emphasizes collaboration, community and the shared ownership of knowledge. From management gurus to consulting firms to leading business schools, everyone is taking note of this new phenomenon that goes by various names like ‘Collaborative Innovation,’ ‘Open Innovation,’ or ‘Distributed Co-creation.’ This session will examine the impact of these trends on our collective future and how they can be harnessed for social and economic development. In particular, we will take a closer look at the growing global knowledge commons and its impact on current issues like open standards and software patents. About the speaker ================= Venkatesh Hariharan is Corporate Affairs Director (Asia-Pacific) for Red Hat. I want to nat a public ip to FTP server.So that anyone can access FTP server from outside. FTP configured with port no 1111 with listen_port=1111. It is working fine --#ftp 192.y.y.y:1111 I want this should work with public ip & same port no. please help me out. Thanks

enabling SElinux CentOS 5.5

Hi, I installed Centos 5.5 and by deafult SElinux was disabled. I did changes in /etc/selinux/config and now it looks like this. SELINUX=enforcing SELINUXTYPE=targeted SETLOCALDEFS=0 and rebooted the system. But even after the reboot when I do check the sestatus it shows disable. where I'm doing a mistake do I need to change any thing else? -- Regards Mukesh Yadav

Ubuntu 10.10 user experience with broadband datacards

Hello List, I have downloaded the Ubuntu 10.10 Desktop and alternate install ISO images last night. I'm posting this from a bootable USB pendrive installation (with persistence) of Maverick while on the road. I have two broadband datacards - Huawei EC1262 from Reliance Netconnect and ZTE AC2766 from MTS MBlaze. Both have started working 'out-of-the-box' through network manager. Earlier (10.04 Lucid), I had to run through a lot of trial-and-error, even after compiling and installing the latest usb_modeswitch version, in order to connect to the internet. I have earlier posted about only the ZTE AC2766 working with network manager, while the Huawei EC1262 only worked with wvdial, and that too, after frequent attempts. Now, all I have to do is plug the card in the USB slot, (wait for a few seconds to see the appropriate LED start flashing), and then launch network manager on the Gnome panel, as usb_modeswitch is included by default. What is more, without having to wait for the appropriate connection option to appear, I have to just 'Add' a connection to the 'Mobile Broadband' tab under the 'Edit connections' option. The resulting dialog droid does not show you your modem brand / model initially, but you have to just click 'Next' and select India from the list of countries. Thereafter, you are presented with a list of service providers using your specific brand and model of modem. Next step, just enter the default username and password supplied by your provider, and you're ready to go. You sometimes also get a confirmation of your provider and model on the Finish page of the dialog. In terms of operating experience, the MTS connection drops off suddenly and in a short time, while the Reliance one has been steady for a while now. I must also mention that I downloaded the ISO torrents on my Reliance connection with an average download speed better 180 kpbs. My first impression of Maverick is that the performance seems snappier. The System>Appearance dialog now has the Visual Effects tab included by default, so you can go and choose your compiz effects level immediately. That is all I have time for right now, and obviously many of the early adopters among you will have something to add by way of comments.

Touch Screen Driver Issue [question]

Hi Group, I pose the following dilemma and look forward to enthusiastic discussions. As mentioned in a previous e-mail to you'll, we have developed an embedded PC with a touch screen. This device runs on a RMI, Alchemy processor (AU1250) and its touch screen is connected to this CPU via an ADS7843 chip and through the SPI bus. So far so good and pretty standard. The system originally ran on WinCE5.0 (Booooo!) and we are currently porting it to Linux. Now the problem that we are facing is that after the first 3-4 touch events, no more touch events are recorded after that and the sensitivity of the clicks is very weak. Lastly, when the screen is touched while a video is playing the video and audio pause for the duration of the touch. One of the reasons for why we are having problems with the screen's response, could be that the aforementioned SPI connection is multiplexed (74CBELV3257) with an on-board battery and RTC (DS1339) - see page 9 of the attached schematics. I would really appreciate any guidance someone can give based on prior experience. Please see the schematics and the touch screen driver code for reference (http://drop.io/g8hz909). Since we are based out of Bombay we could also meet up and discuss this in further detail. Hi, I am looking to make a local debian mirror, for Debian testing (Sqeeze) - main repo is already frozen. Does anyone maintain local mirror in their college/office which I could copy? Since repo is quite big - about 50GB for i386, amd64 binaries, downloading over regular broadband is not feasible. Even downloading it over local network which has the mirror, could take few hours atleast. My other option is to copy it from IITB who are hosting a mirror - find someone there who can copy it if given a USB disk, or get onto their network with laptop+disk and download it (using debmirror/apt-mirror). Dear JT, Its not as scary as you describe. One of the most funniest thing about our law is that companies trying to sell telephony services must have license whereas consumers can buy whatever they want to and whatever is cheap. Which means selling skype service as a company under company's act need you to have license, but as a consumer you can buy the service using any legal means of money transfer (cheque, card etc) Eventually this results into the fact that a company in india can sell a product (just like selling a gun) but with an exception that these companies need not have any license to sell such goods. And even more interesting Democracy allows every indian the right to choose to buy these products from any company whichever he/she find comfortable to use. (telephony product and telephony services are two different things) FYI, we have launched our own embedded Single port PRI appliance IPPBX supporting 30 SIP extensions, any one interested can buzz me. Android 1.6 tablet internet proxy setting

Hi, After the discussion about cheap android tablet in the list, I got interested and ordered a M001 tablet from the internet link provided by one of you. After a wait of about a month it arrived yesterday, the price was $109 and I had to pay a duty of Rs.766 to the postman. I now can not configure internet proxy setting on the device. Though through google search I have been getting some instructions, but they do not match the menus on my device. It runs kernel 2.6.29-00236-g4f8dbbb-dirty, build number 1.9.1 and firmware version 1.6. I would be grateful if some one can give pointers to solve my problem. Thanks and regards. sadhu

GIMP does not have line draw tool

Hello, I had to draw a map for someone and required to use the straight line tool. I found to my dismay that GIMP (2.6.8) does not have a straight line drawing tool. We have developed proprietary embedded hardware and software (Linux Debian frontend, PHP/mySQL backend); patent pending, and are about to launch our wireless network of embedded screens here in Mumbai. It is based on the Debian linux distro and the applications that it runs are developed in Qt/C++. Hello, I was looking at the Tata indicom ad. about a new 'photon' device that has a WLAN which can allow upto 5 users to connect to the internet via WLAN. The same can be done in mobile phones that are internet enabled and have a WLAN too. Simply share the internet (GPRS, EDGE, 3G) with the WLAN device and use it as a wireless router. If some mobile apps makers could pick up this idea and make a tiny application, it can save the users the need to buy new devices and have a handy internet source for some devices around. -- As a proper list etiquette... It is same as having a 4 mbps of internet connection in your hand but in the middle it is the proxy server that limits you and indirectly decides your surfing behaviour and in this context proxies are our books and lecturers and the way some other things are. They are going to remain as they are. No matter, here is some change, we let you know about learning resources, open methods, open standard and ways where you can flourish your curiosity and find out similar interest partners. [ 5 ] In short you should not miss it. If you are done with these five points and are at the bottom of my view, what I want to tell you then you should stop reading here. Further I write some naive explanation : When we grew up nobody knows what we are interested in and further if we get the thing in which we are interested, how we are going to get it, nobody knows. So simply our guardians, our schools and colleges provides us a broadcasting system. Signals of knowledge are delivered to us and we are a kind of receivers. But .. alas the frequencies and such receivers are not in our control, how good it would be if we can set the frequency to the channel you wanted to listen ever. And this is not the limit, if you don't like the way how frequency is delivered to the system and you have some reason for that as because you got a better way to do that. You might come up with a whole set of new protocols. But to do that you should have an open standard in your hand. For your amusement here I unveil the secret of making easy and obvious things 'hard' : Just make them close, just hide them under the mist how they works. Is there any mystery resides there in making a cup of tea , obviously No .. because the recipe is open and you can add your own kind of garam masala practicals to that. So, I am just trying to let you understand the open source / foss philosophy. It is exact what I used with a tea metaphor . It is the tea which you can fork up and come with your own idea of a new flavour. But how will you get to know how many flavours are already there... I mean how many teas/flavours are there how they were made and what are more potentials. An obvious thing will be to use internet and read up things, that's good but how amazing it would be if we gather somewhere where some persons from the same philosophy come up at stage and tell you about some mesmerizing ideas and clues that you can trace with your own minds. And that's what we call an open change in our mindsets and RajasFOSS is all about it. In very crude way this is an attempt about spreading some words that would force you to rethink about your own possibilities. Hello, I stumbled upon a lovely aflatoon sound capture utility called outrec that records live sound playing from the audio out. It is simple and no-nonsense and has good recording fidelity with no adjustments required. http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2010/07/quickly-record-soundcard-output-in-ubunt… The instructions are simple. first download all the dependencies by copy and pasting the _complete_ sudo apt-get ...... command as shown in the site. Then click on the blue download link and again click on the download now link for ..._all.deb and save the deb file. Run 'dpkg -i ....._all.deb' from the saved location. The link for outrec will appear in the Applications -> Sound and Video menu. Just press the record button to start recording and click on mp3 or ogg for the type of save. I am doing this little experiment in cron, but not able to make it work. I want cron to play a certain mp3 file at a certain time. So I add the usual time parameters and add the following to the command field: /usr/bin/ffplay <path to my mp3 file> But cron mails me an error which I have attached as text file. I also tried "/bin/bash /usr/bin/ffplay <path to my mp3 file>" but it does not work. Where am I going wrong? Dear Friends Want to know how to tie up an installation to a particular HDD. We do Linux implementations and had seen people ghost the whole harddisks to save on implementation charges. Currently we are using a commercial solution that costs us dear and does not let us bring down the cost of deployment. What we thus require is: 1. We can tie up the installation with the hdd serial number with some command / application that can... a. Check the harddisk serial number before booting (may be through GRUB - but to my knowledge, such a command does not exist within GRUB). b. Delete the installed partition where we have installed our deployment and applications if not matching. c. Encrypt the data partition with a key that only we can decrypt. 2. We can run our entire installation from a DVD provided that is tied with an online system which will not allow the system to boot unless the key matches with the one in our database. Hi All, I am trying to cross compile GTK+ in hawkboard (www.hawkboard.org). I have already cross compiled the following successfully for hawkboard: atk fontconfig freetype glib libxml2 pixman Now when I try to cross compile cairo, configure gives the following error: configure: error: Cairo requires at least one font backend. I saw this mentioned on DistroWatch and downloaded the iso. I was pleasantly surprised when it loaded (a live cd) on a 486/66 with 32 MB RAM . Unfortunately it did not recognize the serial mouse on com2. I sent a message to the author <dr_ashim(a)hotmail.com> with no response. Without the mouse I could not navigate very well but it seems to be a nice distro that can run even on such ancient systems . It would be nice if some talented person takes this under their wing and help recycle those ancients. Regards hg. PS: how can I (computer illiterate) get this to recognize serial mouse (& comm ports). Feather Linux, very similar to this is also an orphan it seems.

In this visit to Bangalore, Prof.Eben Moglen will be participating in three separate events organized by FSMK. *1. Inaugural Lecture of Free Software certificate course at St.Joseph's College,Bangalore on the 15th September 4 p.m.* St.Joseph's College, Bangalore has incorporated 120 hours of free software sessions to be handled by FSMK and other like-minded Free Software Enthusiasts. Gnome-Do bug

I recently formatted and reinstalled Ubuntu 10.04 , succeeded by Gnome-Do (latest stable version). Gnome-Do automatically exits after 5 min something of its start whithout giving any errors. Sometimes, after selecting any plugin too. It was working fine with previous version of Ubuntu i was using till last week. I am making a simple symbian app in Python which will take Gregorian calendar date from user and convert it to Vikram Sanvat /Shak samvat of Vedic calendar. unfortunately, the hindu calendar varies much from the our de-facto system in no. of days in months. So, I am looking for an algorithm which does it effectively , otherwise, I will have to write it from scratch which may have some bugs(in dates). the app first calculates the time in seconds(unix epoch way) then converts it to gregorian. Hi, I was doing some research on elearning capsules and found that a knowledge dependency tree can be made without wasting any resources on analyzing which tech to use or which platform to use (FOSS / NON FOSS). I am an Information Architect and I hate the interface of Gnowledge Labs. I also hate the out put diagram. Now I was speaking about the leading edge technology to be used to make such dependency chart. It is the damm windows explorer of windows xp. Make individual folders, put content related to it be it a PDF or a DOC. Make Shortcut files. Place them inside each other as per the dependency understood and followed. If the nodes have different type then different naming conventions can be used for it while naming the folders. Benefits ^^^^^^^^ 1. A layman can use it 2. No cost of buying this software 3. I have an ubuntu cd with me but being illiterate has its problems. How will my hardware work with the new distro? Will I have to do command line stuff or is Ubuntu GUI based? Hello, Although not related to linux, but to viewing our list online. Opera has come out with a new browser for mobiles. It is the new version 5.x which is excellent for mobile phones. Its default mode is not 'mobile' or full screen so it will have to be done in the settings. The best part of this browser is its comfortable font and word wrapping feature that makes reading very comfortable. Another nice feature is tabbed browsing. Dear all, I have one task to be performed on my linux server which works as a proxy server. I have a Squid with version 3.1.0.15 & iptables version 1.3.5 All the machines from the LAN access the www through this server only. I want to configure a machine from my local LAN to access internet without proxy. This setting has to IP specific i.e. Proxy authentication should not be asked for a particular IP. Hello, I want to run 2 independent 'if else fi' statements in one script, like given below. Individually I have each script-set working perfectly but cannot get them together to run one after the other. On the net I only got examples of nested ones. if queryA ; then echo Output1 else echo output2 fi if queryB ; then echo output3 else echo output4 fi They are not nested if else statements. They running independently in a common script. They have no relation with each other. I am getting syntax errors for 'fi'. What is the correct syntax for the above combination? His employees just check emails and work on office documents such as word, excel, powerpoint. I told him that Linux can be used easily with few hours training for above mentioned things. I also explained the stability and cost effectiveness of it. Now the question is, which distribution should we suggest? Which desktop environment? Dear all, I've to install Ubuntu 10.04 customised by IT@School in my Compaq Presario SG 2030 IL system.When I try to install it, by selecting "install Ubuntu" the monitor goes to infinite sleep. I tried F6 and added vga=771 to the end of the line as suggested by the Ubuntu site and that also didnot succeed. Dear All, Greetings .!. Do you have awareness about web3.0 ? The Semantic Web is a web of data. There is lots of data we all use every day, and it is not part of the web. I can see my bank statements on the web, and my photographs, and I can see my appointments in a calendar. But can I see my photos in a calendar to see what I was doing when I took them? Can I see bank statement lines in a calendar? Why not? Because we don't have a web of data. Because data is controlled by applications, and each application keeps it to itself. Humans are capable of using the Web to carry out tasks such as finding the Irish word for "directory", reserving a library book, and searching for a low price for a DVD. However, one computer cannot accomplish all of these tasks without human direction, because web pages are designed to be read by people, not machines. The semantic web is a vision of information that is understandable by computers, so computers can perform more of the tedious work involved in finding, combining, and acting upon information on the web. We are going to make web3.0 with the basics of semantic web. Let us discuss about web3.0 in this mailing list. Since we were discussing this sometime ago, I'm returning to it. People mentioned we haven't had a good linux conference / event for a long time in Mumbai. I can arrange lecture halls / rooms and computer labs in my college [MGM College Of Engineering And Technology, location: http://is.gd/dUPzZ ] on the 8th / 9th of October (or some other Saturday/Sunday before that) What I'll need is support from you in terms of planning and arranging the event. Ubuntu 10.04 installation on Acer 5740 Core i5 and 3 GB RAM

Hello, Yesterday I got a new Acer 5740 with core i5, 3 GB RAM, 320 GB HDD and all the regular things. It was the linux model. Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit was installed on it. The live CD itself showed all devices working, including wireless. There was one bug during live session. Every time the wireless was connected, the touch pad would go dead. This problem did not appear post installation. The devices working are... Display .... gives full 1366 x 768 resolution. Sound .... After increasing levels and un-muting (maybe) it plays with decent Acer type sound levels. Touch pad ... Works fine. Bluetooth .... Linked with my mobile. Did not try any transfers. Wireless .... Works like butter. Used it in the live session itself for installation. Sound up / down .... Works from the dedicated keys. Brightness up /down does NOT work inspite of adding acpi_osi="Linux" to the grub parameters. Camera.....The gnome package camerama does not detect the video device but cheese does it flawlessly giving bright, crisp and colourfull images. Available in apt. camerama out, cheese in. Bluetooth and Wireless on / off buttons work. ubuntu-restricted-extras installs the non-free stuff including flash player for firefox. Remember.... it is the 64 bit OS. One bug that exists is that when changing desktop backgrounds, after selecting a second or third image choice, the machine freezes and has to be forced shut down. So I set my image once and lay off. My Trusty Dell Latitude D820 works perfect since Ubuntu 8.04. I don't meddle with a lot of compiling or change a lot of system settings though. The only issue was multi-monitor setup. (Had no internet and needed to connect to a projector. No go) And the Tata Indicom has its own mind on when to work, though this has nothing to do with Dell, and I know there's a script / fix for the Tata Photon around.

My question is, how to avoid message recycling on gmail? or for a newbie what (not) to do to not recycle? Why bottom posting? My reasoning; some years ago google search for "linux" returned with mailing lists archives. reading the replies helped me a lot, if the mailing list etiquettes were followed on list it became easier to understand the progression of a problem from identification to the solution. even with outputs pasted in posts. This is not the case today and search strings land me up to some forum where quoting is automatically arranged. Why top posting is a problem? in case of newbie search string like "Installing internet with click9online mahim mumbai on linux" :-) searcher might land up in a confused system of posting and be more confused. hi, the KG group of companies - http://group.kgisl.com/ have a open source department - one of their initiatives is here: http://fossible.kgisl.com/ I happened to visit the group and find they have done extraordinary things using open source. For example there is PAC which does online processing storage and rendering of scans and xrays - they have implemented it in php/msyql and have several TB of data at the cost of about 5 lakhs whereas other hospitals have shelled out 1.2 crores for the same. College ERP, construction ERP and an enterprise wide ticket managing system tied to a zimbra server with things like right-click on a ticket to approve it, or right click on a person's name to send him an sms. The have used sms extensively - like staff can take attendence in class using their cellphones and sms the result to the server. There is an over reliance on php - but we are working to change that. The -user option for the find command.

Hello, I want to use the find command inside a directory which has user1, user2, user3 and user4 in the group to either look for files owned by user1 or user2 or user3 or find files not owned by user4. The -user option allows me only one name. I tried spaces, comas between user_names but the syntax is returned invalid. I can't find the not_owned option either. The -nouser option is for users not in the /etc/passwd file which is not my case. Checked out google too but cannot find any possibility for multi-user options in the same line. Even tried -user user1 -user user2 -user user3 together but not working. If I can write one 'find' line for all the users, I don't have to repeat it per user. Any tips or tricks? -- Regards, Rony. recommendation for a video capture / TV Tuner card

I am looking for a video capture card (composite Audio/Video - three wire RCA connectors - yellow, red, white) or TV Tuner card (RF) that is supported in Linux. Please share brand/model if you have purchased something (@ Lam Road) within the past 6 months or so and works for you in Linux. Hello, Just as we have Mailman as the software for our list, could we have a similar FOS software that allows web based replying inside the message itself, like many other sites where the user logs in and replies to the messages using a reply button. The reply box has the original text which is edited manually by the user in the browser itself. Many forums use this method but I don't know if there is a FOSS for that. If it happens, users of non confirming email devices can use their device browsers to log into the web version and reply in the correct interleaved pattern. -- Regards, Rony. GNU/Linux ! OT: open office usability

This is a post related to usability of Open Office Suite. Open office has emerged has one of the best alternatives to MS Office (while Google Docs is still maturing) There are few elemental things not available in Open Office which makes its use little more rough Most important being, Inability to change slides with arrow keys . I don't understand why OO people are not implementing this simple feature. Is there a copyright issue or programming difficulty (?) Second being, compatibility with MS Office 2007 files (esp. .pptx). With these formats being more than 3 yrs old, it should start supporting it fully. Open Office 's saved ppt files change in orientation and design when opened in MS Office, not talking about templates (can be really troublesome). Few more smaller issues. Hi, I have a DG+Squid setup on CentOS5 I have been trying to block streaming video but unsuccessful. Error as XFS dead & pid is available

Hello, I have come across people who know people who can easily crack into facebook and gmail accounts. There are computer courses run by some reputed colleges in Mumbai where hacking (sic) is taught as a subject and those students can crack others' accounts. They don't need access to the other users' machines. Simply give them a user id and they crack it. They do it as ethical testing for friends. Anyone tried Linux desktop virtualization with NComputing L230

On paper the NComputing L230 looks promising, claiming compatibility with Linux. Their "middleware" desktop virtualization software posted on their website is for only one distribution specifically Ubuntu 8.10 (which has seen end of life). I installed the "middleware" software on Ubuntu 10.04 (as I did not have a 8.10 install handy) but the whole install is hosed and I have lost my 10.04 desktop! Sure I may be able to recover the installation but not without loosing time. I am downloading 8.10 and will try out the middleware on that platform later in the day. Would like to hear about your success/failure experience with NComputing L230 and Linux desktop virtualization (please mention distro name/version/arch). Thanks. -- Arun Khan

Friends, Sharing my thought(s) regarding "top-posting". May eventually succeed in allowing more of us to indulge in more of "lime and gin on a beach" (or say just lime-juice for the teetotalers). Given : top posting is inefficient and not desirable Assumption : there will always be people who * do not know this * do not understand this (see PS to this mail) * blame it on the the tools and devices they use Question to ourselves : Is it possible (i.e technically possible) to design some kind software module that can be developed as a plug-in for existing list-manager-software. The existing/current/recent archives of the list would be a sort of backend-reference database for this software module. The module would use some available lexical- parsing engines and/or its own logic as a backbone. The module would parse, edit and/or re-arrange incoming mail trails so that they are suitably trimmed (of legacy mail trails) and re-sequenced to comply with the very desirable bottom-posting convention. Anyone looking for an useful project in our LUG world ? ;-) Then this is food-for-thought (and action) :-) If many of us feel this is viable or plausible, I believe it may just be the most sustainable approach to crack this top-posting issue, and quickly go back for more "Lime and gin on a beach".
