Probably all and any sites designed or hosted by the NIC are juvenile. First, they rely on Microsoft (TM) Frontpage (R) or whatever demented extension technologies, use ugly backgrounds, do not link the pages properly, and then exhibit total lack of knowledge of web technologies and aesthetics. This stands true for almost all Ministries' websites.
And then some corrupt people do not update the information on these sites, so that they can divert business to one private consultancy or the other. This is from first hand experience and long-held suspicion.
