HELLO FRIENDS, I WANT TO SET UP MODEM IN MY LNX SERVER AND USE IT AS PROXY SERVER. AFTER DOING ALL THE SET UP IT GETS CONNECTED TO NET. BUT THERE IS NO BYTES IN AND BYTES OUT WHICH IS IMP. There are howtos on the subject. For example: I set up my modem to connect to vsnl, and I can dial out perfectly, but I'm having trouble resolving hosts, and downloading mail. New subject: httpd problem

hello friends, can u help me out as soon as possible. my prob is that after i created some virtual domains in the apache web server. i tried 2 restart the httpd service, but it failed. so i thought of restarting the system.but, while booting, while starting the services, it stops at "starting httpd service". so the system is not getting loaded fully. please help me out banaja --------------------------------- Do You Yahoo!? What error does it give when you try to start is? Also try this : apachectl configtest This should tell you what the error is. How Many virt Domains have u created... I had the same problem...
