You can order some free Ubuntu Breezy Badger CDs from shipit.ubuntu.com.
Although I have some, I am too far away geographically to help you. The
Ubuntu guys will shipt it to you completely free of cost. You might as well
wait a few days dor Fedora Core 5 (mar 15) and Ubuntu Dapper Drake (april)
to be released.

Hello friends,
I am in my sixth semester of the B.E. (I.T.) course right now. I am required
to submit an abstract for my B.E. project within a month's time. I am
thinking over a few ideas but am not sure if they are feasible enough. So I
need you guys to suggest me some good ideas for a project that would serve
not only my purpose but also be a considerable contribution to the FOSS
community. Any suggestions are welcome.

Is anyone out here using a biometric access control device? I'd reckon
that the simplest/most popular ones are thumb or fingerprint based.
Say If I want a standalone device which can be used as a lock (or in
conjunction with) is that possible? The only one I saw in the market
was supporting Win platform (for pc access). So does it have a backup
key? in case the batteries fail?
I may be wrong here, but someone on this list had mentioned a long time
ago that they program such devices.
thanks
abhi

Out of curiosity, I'd like to know how many people on this list work
with computers because it's their job, and how many do it for other
reasons. If computer programming/sys admin was the worst paying job in
the industry, paying something like Rs 2000/- per month, would you still
do it?
