Linux kernel 2.4.20-8 (RedHat 9) Compilation error

HI Everybody I am compiling linux kernel 2.4.20-8 (RedHat 9) upto "make bzImage" stage ,it was compling properly. But when i do "make modules",it is giving error.it is related to block driver( some parse error in module.h) has anybody faced similar kind of problem.please let me know with regards kiran __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Alti-IP600 Phone

Hi, I have received an Alti-IP600 Phone (here is the linke http://www.altigen.com/analog-IP-telephone-sets.html). The manual which I have got is just two pager thing with phone features. I'm runing linux and I have firewall/nating in place. Any suggestion/hints? Google just gives 3 pdfs for - alti-IP600 + linux - which compares the features of couple of phones. -Krishna

Problems in configuring WINE

Hi , I have installed WINE on Mandrake Linux 8.2. But when i try to run wine from the shell i get this error. "Could not find DOS partition. Check your configuration file" "Could not find an entry [Drive X] from the /home/username/wine directory" Please help me fix this problem. GPRS connection on linux box

Yeah its available on their website, also if you have the reliance phone the support guys can give it to you. QT and KDE tools issue

Hello, I am using QT version 3.1.1. My issue is whenever I use a KDE tool like KDateWidget,KLineEdit etc.. , I get segmentation fault while running the program. I included /usr/include/kde and used the library kdeui ( I manually added this into the Makefile created using qmake. Every time I create the Makefile ,I add these entries manually,then it compiles). I got no help from QT Manual. This is the error I am getting when I tried gdb. "0x40d4c902 in KInstance::config() const () from /usr/lib/libkdecore.so.4 " Please help. -- thanks and regards, Mohan Cheema
