Interesting read on the broadband scenario in India.
Can anyone get the email of the gentleman who wrote this article? This
is the first informed article about the broadband situation in India.
TOI, being crappy as usual, is always praising the "broadband

it will become 1000 from 1st Nov. All rates double from !st Nov.
