Hello Everyone, I am Veena D. student of R.V. College of Engineering and have been placed at Cognizant Technology Solutions. My friends Uday Bhat, Pritesh Parmar and myself were doing project in J2ME technology since few months and would like to present a tutorial regarding the same. To brief out the technology... Java Platform, Micro Edition (Java ME) is a collection of technologies and specifications to create a platform that fits the requirements for mobile devices such as consumer products, embedded devices, and advanced mobile devices. It is a collection of technologies and specifications that can be combined to create a complete Java runtime environment specifically to fit the requirements of a particular device or market. please let me know the details. So there is a fundamental conflict of interest between the scientific community we have at the free software continent and the other way which tries to hide everything up for upholding the developer's interest for profit (that to not directly as the reward for the work done,but as the restrictions they impose on the beneficiary!) ..I think this conflcit should be exposed to the max and efficient way possible.. Invitation: Inauguration of Ambedkar Community Computing Center

Hi all, You may all be aware that AID with Sthree Jaguriti Samitte and youths in Sudharshan Layout, Grupanpalya trying to establish a community computing center. We now have the center running and the kids of this center is planning to officially inaugurate it. They have named the center after their beloved leader Ambedkar. The inauguration is on Sunday, July 06 2008 at about 4pm. Reaching the center: - From diary circle go towards Jeyadeva fly over. You will see IBM office on your left. Opposite to IBM office you will see Jal Bhavan. Just after IBM office there will be a small left. Take that left and then first left and then first left again. The last room in this small street is our center. You are all invited. See you all there. -balaji
