I fail to see the reason for inviting local colleges to GPLv3 conference?
Maybe it may not directly influence the conference but we need the participation of the student community and support of the teaching community and a few good institutions in our favour will be to our advantage. Anyway there is no harm done and no loss either. Regards Vincent
