Hi all,
Nice to realize that more than 24 hrs had passed without any blame games in the alias. We have started seeing some constructive emails on work now.
In future, if we have some issues to resolve, I suggest one of the following ways to try out.
- Send email to the individual or set of individuals.
- Talk over phone.
- Call for a meeting at coffee table and discuss in person.
- Take your good friend to dinner and talk it out.
Dear balaji, I am fully supporting your spirit. But I have to disagree in specific suggessions. Free Software community solves issues through mailing list discussions & IRC rooms .That is always better for transparency too. I suggest to solve issues on IRC discussions instead of flooding mailing lists that irritates a lot of people.
Our IRC room is not much used. Maximum 3-5 people are coming to this page
Anivar
And there are many more ways to improve the relationship rather than spoiling it out in emails.
Thanks again for the cooperation. -balaji
