Viju also mentioned about the software required for their library. Is there any library management system licensed under GPL. If there is one, we will suggest and get them working in their library. If not, we can have the students of St. Joseph themselves develop this library and get them contribute this software to the community.
There is Koha and Emilda. Both are pretty good options.
The work of porting existing data to the new system can be assigned as a task to the students.
