Nice to realize that more than 24 hrs had passed without any blame games in the alias. We have started seeing some constructive emails on work now.
In future, if we have some issues to resolve, I suggest one of the following ways to try out.
1. Send email to the individual or set of individuals. 2. Talk over phone. 3. Call for a meeting at coffee table and discuss in person. 4. Take your good friend to dinner and talk it out.
And there are many more ways to improve the relationship rather than spoiling it out in emails.

Free Software community solves issues through mailing list discussions & IRC rooms .That is always better for transparency too. I suggest to solve issues on IRC discussions instead of flooding mailing lists that irritates a lot of people.
Our IRC room is not much used. Maximum 3-5 people are coming to this page

Sure, I agree with the transparency part if it is just about solving the issues. But, recently we just went ugly pointing out each other. That is what concerned me. IRC also sounds like a good options.
