PHP as of now does not have support to unicode. from php 6 onwards it is, they are planning to shift from zend engine to parrot engine(the one used by PERL 6) from that point onwards PHP will be unicode enabled :)

Hi Friends,
Here is a very basic question about delivering content in Unicode on web. Though I don't read and write telugu I would like to deliver content using PHP/MySQL.
Any pointers on how to deliver regional languages through a web browsers would be a great help.
